Terms of Service
Last updated: July 22, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WildTribe, including wildtribe.app, subscriber accounts, creator and video workflows, YouTube connections, transcripts, AI-assisted content, visual stories, infographics, generated assets, hosted pages, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, connecting a third-party service, or otherwise using WildTribe, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use WildTribe for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and at least 18 years old to purchase a subscription. You agree to provide accurate, current account and billing information and to keep it updated.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Do not share individual credentials, permit unauthorized access, or attempt to access administrative areas or another user's information. Notify us promptly through the contact form if you believe an account or connected service has been compromised.
The WildTribe Service
WildTribe helps creators and teams transform video material into discoverable web content. Depending on your plan and available features, the Service may:
- index public creator channels and video metadata;
- retrieve transcripts in selected languages;
- generate editorial directions, stories, image plans, illustrations, infographics, animations, and standalone web pages;
- organize videos into Spotlight, Timeline, Throughline, or other production formats;
- host or publish generated pages and link them to source videos;
- connect an authorized YouTube channel and perform user-confirmed actions; and
- provide build logs, quality checks, usage information, and estimated production costs.
Features may be experimental, incomplete, or changed as the Service develops. Plan descriptions identify intended monthly production capacity and sharing scope, but particular features, delivery schedules, or custom work are included only when expressly stated on the pricing page, at checkout, or in a written order.
Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation
Paid plans are recurring subscriptions billed through Stripe at the price, currency, interval, and terms shown at checkout. You authorize WildTribe and Stripe to charge the selected payment method at signup and on each renewal until the subscription is canceled. You are responsible for applicable taxes and for maintaining a valid payment method.
Monthly story, channel, sharing, or production limits apply to the applicable billing period. Unused plan capacity does not roll over unless a plan or written order expressly says otherwise. Work that exceeds plan limits may require an upgrade, a separate quote, or the next billing period.
You may cancel through the available Stripe billing portal or by contacting WildTribe. Unless checkout or applicable law provides otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and does not create a refund or credit for time already billed. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing. Failed or disputed payments may result in paused production, downgraded access, or suspension.
We may change plans or prices for a future renewal by providing reasonable advance notice. Mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction are not limited by this section.
YouTube and Google Services
WildTribe uses YouTube API Services. By using features that access YouTube API Services, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's use of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
When you connect YouTube, you authorize only the permissions presented through Google OAuth. You remain responsible for selecting the correct connected channel. Any action that writes to YouTube, including posting a comment, must be clearly initiated and confirmed by you. You are responsible for the destination, wording, accuracy, legality, and consequences of content you publish to YouTube.
You may disconnect YouTube within WildTribe or revoke access through your Google account permissions. Google or YouTube may change, restrict, suspend, or discontinue API access, quotas, data, or features at any time. WildTribe is not responsible for third-party platform decisions or for content removed, restricted, demonetized, or moderated by YouTube.
Your Content and Source Materials
"Your Content" includes URLs, videos, transcripts, prompts, instructions, reference materials, trademarks, logos, comments, edits, and other material you submit, select, or authorize WildTribe to process.
You retain any ownership rights you already hold in Your Content. You represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions, consents, or other lawful bases needed to provide and use Your Content through WildTribe and to authorize the requested processing, generation, publication, and distribution.
Nothing in these Terms gives you ownership of a third party's video, transcript, channel identity, image, music, trademark, or other protected material. Public availability on YouTube or elsewhere does not by itself grant permission to copy, adapt, publish, or commercially exploit material. You are responsible for evaluating copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, defamation, fair-use, licensing, and attribution requirements before publication.
You grant WildTribe a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transform, transmit, display, and publish Your Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the requested Service. This license ends when the relevant content is deleted, except for limited backup, legal, or operational retention described in the Privacy Policy.
Generated and AI-Assisted Content
WildTribe uses automated systems and third-party AI services to assist with transcripts, summaries, story concepts, claims, layouts, images, animations, and page code. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, offensive, non-unique, or unsuitable for publication. Transcripts may misidentify speakers, words, names, dates, or claims.
You must meaningfully review and approve outputs before publishing or distributing them. You are responsible for fact-checking, source verification, editorial fairness, required disclosures, rights clearance, accessibility, legal compliance, and the final use of every output. Do not rely on WildTribe output as professional legal, medical, financial, safety, or other expert advice.
As between you and WildTribe, and to the extent permitted by law and third-party terms, you retain rights in Your Content and may use custom outputs delivered to you after payment. WildTribe does not guarantee that an output is unique, copyrightable, non-infringing, or eligible for exclusive rights. Third-party content and service-provider technology remain subject to their respective owners' rights and terms.
Publishing and Performance
When you direct WildTribe to publish or host a page, you authorize us to make that page and its associated assets publicly accessible. Public pages may be indexed by search engines, shared by visitors, linked from social platforms, and retained in third-party caches after removal from WildTribe.
WildTribe is designed to improve discoverability and create additional paths back to source videos, but we do not guarantee Google rankings, indexing, traffic, engagement, shares, conversions, subscribers, YouTube views, revenue, or virality. Results depend on content quality, competition, platform algorithms, audience behavior, distribution, technical conditions, and factors outside our control.
Acceptable Use
You may not use WildTribe to:
- violate any law, regulation, court order, contract, or third-party right;
- infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights;
- publish unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, deceptive, harassing, hateful, exploitative, or abusive content;
- impersonate another person or organization or falsely imply endorsement, affiliation, or source authority;
- spam, manipulate engagement, post unauthorized comments, or violate YouTube or another platform's rules;
- upload malware, interfere with the Service, evade plan or provider limits, probe security, or gain unauthorized access;
- share, sell, expose, or misuse API keys, OAuth tokens, passwords, or other credentials;
- use automated means to scrape or access YouTube, Google, WildTribe, or another service in violation of applicable terms; or
- resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or copy the WildTribe platform except where expressly permitted in writing or by law.
Third-Party Services
WildTribe relies on third-party services that may include Google, YouTube, OpenAI, Supadata, Stripe, email providers, hosting providers, image sources, and software libraries. Your use of those services may be subject to separate terms and policies. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, pricing, output, moderation, policy changes, outages, or decisions.
WildTribe Intellectual Property
WildTribe and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, software, workflows, interfaces, branding, templates, documentation, and technology, excluding Your Content and rights expressly granted to you in custom outputs. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during an active account or subscription in accordance with your plan.
If you provide suggestions or feedback, you authorize WildTribe to use them without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.
Service Availability and Changes
We may maintain, modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features to improve the Service, address security or legal requirements, manage third-party dependencies, or reflect product development. We may set reasonable technical, storage, usage, or provider-cost limits. We will use reasonable efforts to provide notice when a material change significantly reduces a paid Service.
You are responsible for keeping copies of important source materials and exported outputs. WildTribe is not a permanent archive or backup service.
Suspension and Termination
You may stop using WildTribe at any time and may cancel a paid subscription as described above. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address nonpayment, a breach of these Terms, legal obligations, security risks, abuse, harm to WildTribe or others, or a third-party provider requirement.
Following termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain effective, including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and responsibility for published content. Data handling after termination is described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and all outputs are provided "as is" and "as available." WildTribe disclaims all express, implied, statutory, and other warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, and results. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that any transcript, output, source, estimate, or third-party service will be accurate or available.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WildTribe and its owners, personnel, affiliates, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunities, traffic, views, or business interruption arising from or related to the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WildTribe's total aggregate liability for all claims arising from or related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to WildTribe during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WildTribe and its owners, personnel, affiliates, and contractors from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from Your Content, your published pages or YouTube actions, your use of outputs, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another party's rights.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service, law, or third-party requirements change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when a change materially affects paid users or where notice is required by law. Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires another form of consent.
General
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms or your account without our written permission; WildTribe may transfer them as part of a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of the Service. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, checkout terms, and any written order form the agreement between you and WildTribe regarding the Service.
